Customers, Expectations, Procrastination and Anxiety
To all my customers,
I am sorry that your website took me longer thank expected to design and build. I am sorry that your photo gallery was not up on time.
It was not because it wasn't important to me or that other customers were more important. It wasn't because I didn't want to do the work or because I did not care.
It was that I care too much. I am afraid that you might be disappointed, unhappy, or upset with the final result.
I am sorry that I was late and I am working on getting over the anxiety of delivering. Please accept this sincere apology and know that I will be better because I am working on it.
Thank you for understanding,
Oscar
